Tiffany’s journey began with a profound realization. She witnessed the immense challenges families faced while seeking therapeutic care for their loved ones. She saw the toll it took as they juggled multiple therapy services, battled with travel, fought scheduling conflicts, and endured agonizingly long waitlists.

Tiffany’s career path had taken her through a tapestry of diverse organizations – from for-profit to non-profit, educational institutions to corporations of all sizes. Yet, within each of these settings, she couldn’t shake the persistent vision of a more effective and harmonious approach to therapeutic care. She pondered what could be achieved if each entity harnessed the strengths of the others. What if the nimbleness of smaller organizations met the resources of more giant corporations? What if strategic decisions were replaced with an unwavering commitment to excellence in clinical outcomes?

Fueled by an unshakable desire to make therapeutic services accessible

to all clients and their families, Tiffany embarked on a mission. She envisioned iLearn & Play as a trailblazer, charting a new course in the therapeutic industry. In her vision, collaborative therapy solutions from various disciplines would seamlessly unite within a single organization, working harmoniously to yield the most extraordinary clinical outcomes for the children they served.
